Our Philosophy

We take no preconceived ideas into our meetings with our clients, we just take our curiosity and trust in our experience. We actively listen and ask questions so that we understand what our client does and what they need. All clients are different and we take time to understand that difference.

Once we understand we start generating ideas and talking through options, there is always constraints to be tested, whether the constraints are perceived or real. We know when we've hit on the right idea, our open style means that our clients find it easy to let us know what they are thinking.

We provide lots of feedback; experience has taught us that this builds confidence and prevents misunderstanding with clients. Whether it be mock-ups of earlier design concepts, animated menu and site structures, or early versions of the developed site, we like to show and check that all is well.

Delivery takes commitment, communication and planning. Everybody has to know their role, everybody has to keep communicating and everybody has to focus on the job to be done. Working together, being honest about problems and taking responsibility for getting things done, success is assured.
